Terms and Conditions (T&C)

for booking and rental of holiday apartments

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of holiday apartments (hereinafter referred to as "apartment") to guests (hereinafter referred to as "tenant") for short-term use for tourist or business purposes. By making a booking, the tenant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the landlord (by email or via the booking system of the website). A booking made via the website is binding.

3. Payment terms

The total rental price is due in full (100%) immediately upon booking. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung).

4. Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy published in the footer of the website applies.

5. Use of the apartment

The apartment may only be used by the number of persons specified at the time of booking and exclusively for tourist or business purposes. Parties and events are not permitted. The house rules published in the footer of the website apply.

6. Liability

The tenant is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their fellow travelers to the apartment and its furnishings. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to the tenant’s personal belongings.

7. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as the contract concerns the rental of accommodation for a specific period of time.

8. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 pm
Check-out: until 11:00 am

Additionally, the house rules published on the website apply.

9. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the landlord.
