Cancellation policy

• Moderate-strict
• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• If there are less than 30 days but at least 7 days left until check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount for all booked nights.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will receive the full amount for all booked nights.
• Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days until check-in.
